In 2014 Jessie Allen quit her job as a pageant girl after winning Miss Wyoming to save her family's 6-generation hunting ranch in the heart of the Wyoming Wilderness. At 9200 feet elevation, Diamond 4 Ranch is the highest elevation hunting ranch in the state, now operating under an all-female wrangler crew without electricity, running water or cell phone service.
